Founded in 1982 by a group of caring citizens who want to see our community free of unwanted puppies and kittens and help fellow citizens keep the pets they have. To date, we have spayed or neutered over 16,000 pets.
We help low income, elderly, disabled and homeless persons get their beloved pets altered.
Licensing is required by Clark County. We can provide this service when your pet is altered.
